I am glad I was able to tell you how important you were to me and how I knew at a young age you would always be there for me after an event in my life . You and my dad always had my back during the good and the bad.
Thank you for the unconditional love ,the laughs and the support. You are missed everyday but I know you and my dad are playing pool and having fun . Give my dad a hug and tell him I love and miss him so❣️
Love your niece
Trish
Where do I begin with all my memories of you …. You were a big part of my life from me being a little girl doing silly dancing routines with Christy when I spend the night, to Aunt Nancy, Christy , and you always hanging out with us having cookouts . Never a dull moment always laughter and good times . You always worried about me and definitely had my back during difficult times . You and my dad made sure I was okay . Now you both are together again probably playing pool again having a good time. I will miss you both so much until I see you again.
Love and miss you

I’m really thankful to have met you in my life because I have never experienced what it was like to have a grandpa, yet you fulfilled that feeling in me which I never thought I would have felt. I wish I could’ve spent more time with you as you did with everyone you cared as well. You made the lives of the people you love so much better, and this is not a goodbye because the people you influenced will carry a part of your legacy every single day. 🌅
Thoughts and prayers to the Gater family for the loss of Michael. It’s not easy losing a family member, especially around the holidays. Blessings, Mary Ummel & family
You were an amazing father, grandfather and husband. We will forever miss you and you will forever live in our hearts.
Your family is in my thoughts and prayers., may God comfort you and give you His peace.
I just remember all the family get togethers especially the holidays. Me and Mike shared the grocery business. We always loved to share drinks especially last past summer sitting around our new bonfire pit. You always had a personality that loved to joke around. You will be missed. Enjoy your new home and tell my Dad and other family members hi and that we love you all? See ya on the other side
What a wonderful person, very sweet, funny, and always talked about how he loved cooking, I wish I got to see you one more time, but I will forever remember the nice long hugs when we talked at Kroger, the last hug will be remembered for sure, love you and definitely love your beautiful wife and family. 💜
It’s my honor to know you in person n had a little chat on Kate’s 16th Birthday. I remember your soft voice. I’m happy I got a chance to meet you. I know you’re in a better place now. May Perpectual light shine upon you.🙏🏼
