Her life’s work was caring for others. A legacy to the healthcare industry in Fort Wayne as she touched countless lives. She was always smiling whenever I saw her. I know she is so proud of her daughters as they cared for her with such love and kindness. 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Dear Momma, I Love and miss you so much, but I know you are Dancing in the Heavens 🤍🙏✝️ Until we meet again I. Love You!!!!!!🤍🤍🙏🙏 Loree 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
Maureen was a second mom to me… I lost my mom in my 20’s and she missed out on my children and most of my adult life.. Although my relationship with Maureen started as a professional relationship , I quickly learned how wonderfully special this lady was! Oh Maureen, you told me so many stories about life… you made me laugh and you brightened my days when no one else could…. You filled a void for me when I was missing my own mom… you wanted to know about my life and you listened when I needed to talk about kids and the struggles of being a mom… you gave me something special that I will never forget… a mother’s listening shoulder … I know Maureen was supposed to be my patient…. But I love you like my mom…. You and my mom are truly the strongest ladies I know… you fought to the very end… you held on to make sure your family had as much time with you as possible…
Yes you were feisty, and on occasion stubborn, but your heart was made of gold…. I will keep you close always… and I am so very grateful for the 11 years I had you in my life….
Please hug my mom Nancy and my son Isaac for me. I will keep your daughters (my sisters!!) who were your life , in my heart and in my life as we maneuver this world without you…
I love you Mama!
Maureen. We go way back to the 70’s. Ups and downs but no one ever had to wonder what was on your mind!!! Giving, smart, loved your family- blood and otherwise. Served so many through nursing over the years and I’m sure the line in Heaven to thank you is a long one!! Say hi to my mom. You two gave your lives to Christ on the same day in the same church service!!
