Obituary
Kelley A. Workman, 61, of Fort Wayne, went to be with God on Saturday, December 30, 2023.
She was born on May 27, 1962 in Fort Wayne to Thomas P. and Mary Ann (Giant) Jackson.
Kelley was a 1980 graduate of Bishop Luer’s High School and a 1984 graduate of Parkview Nursing School.
On May 26, 1984 at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church she married John Workman.
Mrs. Workman worked for 20 years at Parkview as a Registered Nurse.
In her free time, Kelley enjoyed reading, being with her grandchildren, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, John; children, Billy (Laura) Workman, Tommy (Danielle) Workman, Molly (Zach) Phillips, and Abbey Workman; six grandchildren; her mom, Mary Ann; siblings, Greg (Rosie), Gary (Natalie), Kevin (Lori), and Karen (Mike), sister-in-law, Karen Kerr; and her many adoring nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Tamera Kay Workman; father, Thomas P. Jackson; and brother, Jeff Jackson.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, January 5, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Saint Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, 1502 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Burial will follow Mass at Catholic Cemetery.

kelly was a good friend of our family. my sister sue, kelly and mary ellen, would have sleep-overs at our house. they had great fun together. may she rest in peace.she will be missed.

We had fun on many double dates together. Our talks about kids, family and everything else in the world was enlightening. We didn’t always agree but we listened and shared our thoughts. I will miss you my friend. Our sympathies to the family.
