Janice & Sandy,
I was so sorry to hear of your loss… compounded by this pandemic & the additional loss of more familiar traditions during a time like this. Know that folks are still With You,
“Fritz” Nancy (Freehill) Eagle
Jean… what a gal. I only met her about 8 months ago playing word games. She was happy when Jan would help her with a word, then it would be time for Mass. She would pray for everyone. When we had music come in, she sang along with them and her feet were never still! I’m sure she is dancing and singing in heaven right now. She will be missed. Janet Scheele – Apple Ridge resident
Dear Janice & Sandy,
You were so thoughtful to visit when my Dad died, just 2 months ago! I wish I could do the same for you. Worse yet, I don’t even have your mailing address. We never dreamed how fast our lives would change with the COVID-19! I hope that your mom was ready as my dad said, “I think I’m leaving…” and so he did.
To you and your sisters, too.
With Love and Prayers,
Janis (Schrein) Woodruff
Thinking of the family at this time. Great memories will always be with you. I remember Jean as always being friendly and smiling. I remember watching the group do their Tap routines. Sending hugs and warm thoughts.
Mrs. Forst always had a smile on her face and love in her heart for everyone she met. I remember how she always had something around to eat before a meal just to keep you from getting hungry. Thinking about you all who will miss her dearly. May she continue to dance in heaven with all who are waiting for her there.
Jean went to school with my mother at North Side High School and also was in dance recitals with my mother when they were young. My mother ran around with Jean’s sister Bonnie but knew Jean. Jean was an active lady and loved to dance. She was a wonderful lady and I enjoyed talking to Jean over the years. My grand-children were her great-grandchildren and they had the pleasure of knowing their great grandmother and are old enough to always remember her. Today not many people can say that. She had a long life and is now in God’s hands sleeping peacefully. Prayers to the family as they go through this sad time.
