Obituary
Dylan Jarett Rodgers, 26, of Los Angeles passed away March 31, 2022. Dylan was born November 19, 1995 in Fort Wayne, IN.
Dylan loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed traveling, creating poetic lyrics, and contemplating the meaning of life.
In his youth, he took interest in skateboarding and he participated in swimming, basketball and football. He volunteered at the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo in the summer and at Parkview Hospital during the school year.
Dylan will be remembered for his charismatic personality, tender heart, and genuine smile.
He is survived by mother, Torie (David) Kindschy Jackson; father, Benjamin E. Rodgers; daughter, Jazlynn Gonzalez; siblings, Torie Jackson, Sterlyn Jackson; grandparents, Phyllis Gant, William (Nancy) Rodgers; Darrell Kindschy Jr; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Mary Torres Rodgers and Joseph Gant.
Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave with calling one hour prior.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN.
Burial will be at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, IN.
