Obituary
Bruce Garland Beach, 35. passed away sadly and unexpectedly at his home on Friday February 9, 2024 in Vernon, IN. He was born January 3, 1989 in Marion, IN to Timothy Beach (Vernon, IN) and Maryalice Beach (Fort Wayne, IN). He is survived by his parents and sister, Allison Bratten (Joshua) who resides in Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sara Rebecca Beach whom he loved dearly. Bruce grew up in Marion and as a child loved the outdoors. With a pond, many acres of woods and a river behind his home each day was a new adventure. Simply, being a boy in the woods was where he was the happiest. He attended Marion High School and as a freshman joined the diving team. Bruce went on to participate in the semi-state competitions. Recognizing he wasn’t a traditional student, Bruce completed his GED and continued his education at Vincennes University for one year. He then moved on to work at Chrysler in Fort Wayne, IN. Bruce had a lifelong love for music. He could be found with a guitar in hand listening to his favorite band, “The Grateful Dead”.
Fare you well, fare you well

How I wish, how I wish you were here
We’re just two lost souls
Swimming in a fish bowl
Year after year
Running over the same old ground
What have we found?
The same old fears
Wish you were here…
I love you like a brother Bruce and I will always look back on our time together and smile… Your energy still lives on in those who knew you carried and transferred into the ones we love…
Sending my love and prayers of peace.
May the four winds, blow you home
We are so sorry for your loss. We love you so much!
