Obituary
David C. Roach, 62, of Fort Wayne, died Monday March 13, 2023 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was born in Santa Barbara CA on August 10, 1960, the son of (the late) Joel Kelly Roach and Anastasia (Sullivan) Roach. David graduated from Snider High School with the Class of ’78 and he served his country in the US Navy. He earned degrees from Ivy Tech and then Ohio State University and was self-employed. David was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and had a keen interest in politics and current events. He rooted for his Alma Mater Ohio State and was also a fan of Chicago Bears Football. David also had an interest in, and enthusiasm for trains. He is survived by his sisters, Patti (Dan Dixon) Lindsay, Julie (Jeff) Cusick and close friend, Robert Bravo, all of Fort Wayne; nieces & nephews, Danielle (Tom), Ian, Cody (Jessica) and Dylan (Shelby); great-nieces & nephews, Dakota, Kierstin, Damian and Kenzie. Memorial Service 4:00pm Friday March 17, 2023 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave. The family will receive friends from 3-4pm Friday in the funeral home. Private burial in Catholic Cemetery. Dave and myself ; we went to see the first Star Wars movie together. He was such a nice kind guy. Big brother to my friend in high school ,Patti. I’m so sorry for your loss.
